Guest Count

Each gathering requires a minimum of 6 guests and allows a maximum of 12 guests. Our most intentional table sizes are 6 and 12. We are able to thoughtfully accommodate tables of 9 or 10 guests when needed.

Intentional Participation

By booking Kara Tables, hosts and guests agree to engage in the full experience, including guided conversation, reflection, and purposeful connection.

Kara Tables is rooted in Christian values and designed for those seeking meaningful connection grounded in faith. Guests may be at different stages in their walk, but every gathering honors respect, openness, and intentional reflection.

Curated Experience

Each experience is thoughtfully designed from start to finish. To preserve the integrity of the table, experiences are not customizable beyond the structure of Kara Tables.

Gathering between six and twelve honors both the human journey and spiritual alignment, creating space for reflection, fellowship, and meaningful connection.

Approved Locations

Kara Tables is a mobile dining and styling experience. Every table is thoughtfully curated and filled with love, purpose, and taste. We bring the Kara Tables experience directly to your preferred location.

Please note that Kara Tables does not source locations as part of the standard experience. However, venue sourcing support is available upon request for an additional fee.

Host Residence

Private homes are welcome, provided the space can safely accommodate the setup and guest count.

Airbnb or Short-Term Rental

Bookings are permitted once the reservation and host approval have been fully verified.

Public Park Locations

Park setups are allowed only with prior approval or permits from the governing authority.

Rented Boutique Venues

Studios or small event spaces are acceptable if they meet experience requirements.

What your Investment Includes

Once you select your investment, you do not have to do anything but show up. Your investment fee covers your standard five course meal, your tablescape, service charge, and every aesthetic detail for the day. Please note that hosts are responsible for providing the event location, along with a standard table and chairs for either 6 or 12 guests.

The per person fee covers the full tablescape experience, which includes:

• Charger plates
• Menu or order of the day cards
• Standard table décor
• Utensils
• Serving plates for each meal course
• Water goblets and wine glasses
• Napkins
• On site butler service
• Backdrop
• White glove service staff
• Customized table details
• Guided event flow and facilitation
• Commemorative table plaque keepsake

Add-On Services

Content Creation, Professional photography and short-form video curated for digital use. $160 per hour (5-hour minimum)
If you desire more than the average tablescape, please note that it is not included in the standard fee. Kindly ask your host about the additional cost based on your preferred aesthetic.

What Your Investment Looks Like

For a party of 6, your investment starts at $550 per person. This includes the full Kara Tables experience and all applicable service charge fees.
For a party of 12, your investment starts at $660 per person, depending on the level of customization and experience selected.

The Saved or Chopped Moment

While the table is not centered on food alone, each Kara Tables experience includes a thoughtfully curated menu designed to complement the atmosphere and intention of the gathering.

Menus are seasonal and intentionally crafted to nourish the body while enhancing the overall experience. Full menu details are shared during the inquiry process.

3 to 5 courses are considered our standard course meal for the day. Anything above 5 courses will require adjusted pricing. Please contact us for additional details.

Our elevated 12 course meal, known as the Disciple Dining Experience at Kara Tables, is a signature offering designed as a truly special and intentional experience. Please contact us directly for more information and pricing.

In addition, this investment includes custom invitation design created by Kara Tables for the host to send to their guests. Each invitation is thoughtfully designed to align with the theme, color palette, and overall aesthetic of the event, creating a seamless experience from the first touchpoint.

Clients also receive a customized menu card styled and branded by Kara Tables, placed directly on the tablescape. The menu design complements the table styling and reinforces the intentional details woven throughout the experience.

These elements are included as part of the overall investment and are designed to elevate the guest experience through thoughtful, cohesive, and intentional presentation.
